Clear communication about personal information is part of responsible business. This notice describes how the public Celaxis website and direct enquiry channels currently operate.
1. Who operates this website
Celaxis Healthcare Private Limited, 10 Nidhi Complex, Vikas Nagar, Sector 2, Lucknow 226021, Uttar Pradesh, India, India, operates the Celaxis corporate website. Privacy and data-handling requests can be addressed to privacy@celaxishealthcare.co.in, and corporate grievances to grievance@celaxishealthcare.co.in. Celaxis's other products, contractual engagements and recruitment processes may have separate notices and agreements.
2. Information you may choose to share
When contacting us, you may supply your name, business or personal email, telephone number, organisation, service enquiry, location and message. Communication logs, email headers and records of our replies may be retained in the correspondence systems used for business enquiries.
This corporate website provides email, telephone and WhatsApp contact actions and an outbound link to a Google-hosted General Corporate Enquiry form. The external Google Form opens outside this website; its fields and submission process are provided through Google, not a Celaxis-hosted server-side form. Celaxis may receive the responses submitted through that form according to its configured recipient access. Technical requests may generate limited network and security logs through hosting infrastructure. We do not ask for patient records, Aadhaar numbers, bank details or other sensitive information as part of initial enquiries.
3. Why information is handled
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, identify suitable Celaxis services, communicate with an organisation, prepare a proposal if invited, maintain correspondence, address requests or complaints and meet lawful record-keeping or security obligations.
Separate consent or another applicable lawful basis will be addressed when required under laws in force. We do not treat an enquiry as unconditional permission for unrelated marketing.
5. Retention and security
Correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, legitimate business records or applicable contractual, accounting and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and are subject to an internal retention schedule; we do not publish an unverified universal deletion deadline.
Celaxis uses appropriate organisational and technical controls proportional to information and risk. However, public internet channels cannot be guaranteed perfectly secure. Please avoid sending confidential health or identification records before a suitable secure exchange process has been agreed.
6. Choices, access and correction
You may contact privacy@celaxishealthcare.co.in to ask about the information supplied with your enquiry, request correction of inaccuracies, request deletion where appropriate, withdraw a consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We will verify the request as appropriate and respond in line with the law in force at the relevant time. Lawful record-retention requirements may limit deletion.
8. Indian legal framework
This notice is written for an Indian corporate website with limited enquiry functions, taking account of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable subordinate requirements, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 together with its notified 2025 Rules as and when their relevant provisions commence. The DPDP commencement is phased; this notice does not state that deferred provisions are already operational.
